SocialClip Studio is an AI-powered platform that helps content creators generate short-form video clips from long-form content, add captions, and publish to social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to SocialClip Studio. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Create or distribute misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

7. Social Media Platform Compliance

When connecting and publishing to third-party platforms, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service:

We are not responsible for content moderation decisions, account suspensions, or policy violations enforced by third-party platforms.

8. Subscription and Billing

SocialClip Studio offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated clips will meet your specific expectations. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialClip Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to your social media accounts.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
