By accessing or using SocialClip Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
Service Description
SocialClip Studio is an AI-powered platform that provides the following tools for content creators and podcasters:
- Video clip extraction — automatically identify and extract the most engaging moments from your videos
- Caption generation — AI-generated captions and subtitles in English and Spanish
- Smart reframing — automatically reframe horizontal video to vertical formats optimized for each platform
- Social media posting — publish clips directly to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Scheduling and analytics — schedule posts and track performance across platforms
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you process, create, and share through SocialClip Studio. Specifically:
- You must have the legal right to use any video you upload or process through our platform
- You are solely responsible for the content of clips you generate and publish
- You must ensure your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
Account Terms
To use SocialClip Studio, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SocialClip Studio for any of the following:
- Processing, creating, or distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringing on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others
- Automated abuse of the service, including excessive API calls, scraping, or bot activity
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Your content remains yours. SocialClip Studio claims no ownership over videos you upload, clips you generate, or captions you create using the service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
The SocialClip Studio service itself — including its design, code, AI models, and branding — is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime and reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialClip Studio and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SocialClip Studio after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the service.
